The Comprehensive Course
TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM
Provides everything a Pilates instructor needs to know, and then some. Sessions taught by Elizabeth Cassidy, one will discover how to help your clients (and yourself) to truly understand the art and discipline of Pilates for all bodies. Our comprehensive program is classically based and embraces contemporary thought. Anatomy, Posture, and the Instructors application process, plus the interconnections of the entire Pilates method are emphasized.
Learn to see
clearly each body in front of you, how to observe and cue the client and how to structure the most effective workouts for each individuals postural imbalances
Learn to modify
exercises for people with various injuries or conditions – of all ages, sizes, and shapes as well as how to challenge the most advanced student or professional dancer or athlete
Learn to teach
the entire Pilates repertoire on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, Roller, Magic Circle and the use of different Props
Specialized Master Training Classes in an intimate workshop setting.
The opportunity to teach, train, observe and work with clients/students at Tru-Balance to attain hours needed for certification.
Completing Tru-Balance’s Comprehensive Certification Course of 500+ hours of training, practice and student teaching allows eligibility to take the Pilates Method Alliance exam.
